CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

You have the legal right to return your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you have received the product. The transport of the purchased products back to us has to be arranged and paid by your side.
You are also responsible for packaging your item in such a way that there is no risk of damage or deterioration in transit. After the product has arrived at our warehouse we will arrange a refund of the product value to your bank providing that the product has been returned in a perfect condition and not used.
If you fail to comply with your obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession, then we may have a right of action against you for compensation and not obliged to provide a refund.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
