q: Where I can buy BazookaGoal?

q: Is it possible to purchase a custom Bazookagoal and how should I proceed?

Yes, it’s possible! There are two ways you can proceed with a custom goal. You can either send us an email to [email protected] and we will create a quote depending on the products and amounts you want to purchase or you can upload your logo on the product's page. Once you're there, you'll first want to select your 'Destination Country' in the top right of the page if you haven't already done so. After that, you will then select the 'Size' and 'Color' of the goal(s) you want followed by the 'Quantity'. After that, you will click the 'Add to Quote' button which will redirect you to another page. On the right of this page, you'll click a button that says 'Login to Request Quote'. If you already have an account with us, use your sign-in information to log into your account. If you don't have an account, you will click this button to redirect you to a sign-up page. Once you've successfully signed up and in, click the 'Submit Quote Request'. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after and the quote will be in our system. We will then review and confirm the quote on our end and when we do, you will receive another email that states we have reviewed and accepted your quote and you are then asked to 'Please click here to place order'. Click where it says 'here' to complete your order! Once your order has been placed, you may access your account to view all of your quotes and orders. We recommend that you order 10 or more units due to the set-up print costs, but we do accept smaller quantity orders. Delivery time is usually around 4-6 weeks.

 
q: What are the payment options available?
  • For online orders, we accept payments through PayPal, bank transfer and all credit card providers.
  • For orders made by phone or email, we will send you the bank transfer details for payment.

Please note that we do not accept checks.

 
q: How can I place an order if I live outside of the UK, EU, Norway or Switzerland?

The process for placing an order outside of these areas will be the same as the process for above for purchasing a custom BazookaGoal. You are welcome to place an order this way, or you can send us an email with your request to [email protected] or call us at (+44 (0) 2035768401)

 
q: What is your VAT policy?

All prices are including VAT. B2B customers who are interested in setting up a company account or gaining access to wholesale prices are welcome to fill in and submit the registration form by clicking on this link.

 
q: For my order to be sent to an EU country, will I have problems with customs (since BazookaGoal is a UK company)?

When your order is for an EU country, the products are shipped from our German warehouse, meaning there are no additional customs-related delays, costs or expenses.

The typical estimated delivery time is between 2-5 working days, but please note that this time frame is intended as a guide only since there might be delays that are beyond our control.

q: If a product is faulty upon arrival, how should I proceed?

q: How should my BazookaGoal products be kept & stored in order to avoid any damage when unused?

BazookaGoals are built with the best materials, making them strong and durable, meaning they can handle most things that are thrown at them. Regardless, it is important that you use the included velcro straps to lock the spring when folded in very hot conditions (direct sun, next to a heater, hot car, etc.). Typically 30+ Celsius. If not, there is a chance that the side-poles will soften from the heat and start to slowly bend and warp out of shape.

 
q: Are there any safety measures that I should be aware of?

q: How can I place an order?

Second, you can access our goals page here. Once you're there, you'll first want to select your 'Destination Country' in the top right of the page if you haven't already done so. After that, you will then select the specific goal you'd like to purchase. Then you will select the 'Color' of the goal(s) you want followed by the 'Quantity'. After that, you will click the 'Add to Cart' button which will redirect you to another page where you will click on the 'Checkout' button. On the next page, you'll have the choice of putting in the 'Shipping Address' and 'Shipping Method' of where you want the order sent, or you can access your account by clicking the button in the top right that says 'Sign In'. If you already have an account with us, use your sign-in information to log into your account. If you don't have an account, you will click this button to redirect you to a sign-up page. Once you've successfully signed up and in, click the 'Next' button. You will be sent to a page where you can choose your payment method. Once you've put in the correct payment info, you will click the button that says 'Place Order'. If you pay via PayPal or credit card, the payment will process immediately and the order will be dispatched. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will send the stated amount to the bank information provided. Once the amount lands in our account, we will then dispatch the order. Once your order has been placed, you may access your account to view all of your quotes and orders. q: When I add items to my shopping cart, is it saved automatically and how many days will it remain there?

Yes, all of the items that you add to your shopping cart are saved automatically and will remain there for 7 days.

As soon as you have submitted and approved the product for purchase.

VI. Return Policy & Warranty

 
q: Can I return the product and receive a refund?

You have the legal right to return your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you have received the product. The transport of the purchased products back to us has to be arranged and paid by your side.

You are also responsible for packaging your item in such a way that there is no risk of damage or deterioration in transit. After the product has arrived at our warehouse we will arrange a refund to your bank provided the product has been returned in perfect condition and has not been used.

If you fail to comply with your obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession, then we have the right of action against you for compensation and are not obliged to provide a refund.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 
q: Is it possible to exchange the product I order for another one?

Based on our company's policy, we offer a 2-year factory warranty for all BAZOOKA products as long as the damage or deficiencies are not a result of improper use of the product (wrong operations or storage, negligent or faulty service and maintenance or overstraining, etc.). Regarding the fabrics of the goals, we offer a 3-month factory warranty.
